Very impressed with the quality of movers. I used them 8-9 years ago with poor results and was hesitant to try again. But I am glad I did. They have consistent staff of movers now with a lot of experience. They made sure everything was protected from damage and were efficient. Our 3 bedroom house was in the truck in 2 hours. Only one glass was broken and not because it was packed wrong. And the person came and told me immediately. And the scheduler was SO helpful since we were in limbo waiting for a closing date that kept moving. I would give her name but she never said it. She knew me after the second “help!” call from me though. She was patient, helpful and helped me to know I was not the only one this was happening to. She worked tirelessly to help get me scheduled, get the right men out to move us and to keep me sane through a stressful time. Ten stars to the group!!!

We discovered some damage after the move and called and texted several times to let them know. It took a while but the owner did reimburse us for our loss. The men who did the work were very good. Particularly the young man who packed our entire kitchen.

Nightmare!!! They broke 55" TV & computer desk!! They dud not bring all items but brought items that weren't mine!! Steve did come over & try 2 fix desk said he would get desk. What about TV-said he's working on it!! Saud c me next week- no show! Didn't return my calls. I'm filing a claim against him!! There's more but enough said!!! BEWARE!!!!
