  We were originally scheduled for our household items to be delivered on 10/13, when my husband called the day before the receptionist rudely stated “I don’t know what you are talking about we don’t even have you on our schedule” when everything was figured out she said “the best we can do for you is to deliver on 10/19” so we agreed. Fast forward to today 10/18 we have received no courtesy call for an estimated delivery. So my husband called again to see if there was a time frame. The same woman again, rude as can be said “In the morning” my husband said “ok but is there a time frame we are looking at?” To which she responded “I said in the morning. We have a lot of deliveries happening and I don’t have a time frame for you, it will be in the morning” so my husband said ok thank you, and she said “mmm” and hung up the phone. I can not get over how unprofessional and rude this woman was. The owner should look into hiring a new receptionist. Im hoping the movers are much friendlier to deal with when they show up “in the morning” 😡

  We placed a request for our shipment in May and it got to this company in July and I called because after several emails we had not received word about our delivery. The woman at the front desk said august 17th so I asked if we could pick up our shipment early instead of having it delivered and she told me that would be $65 and then upon agreeing to that price she told me “NO” with the nastiest attitude. I’m just curious as to how she told me I could pay for my own things but then told me no when I offered to do just that. Also I asked to reschedule a date that was more convenient for my schedule and she again said “NO.” I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from this woman.
