I moved October 2020 and was pleased with office staff and girl who did moving cost estimate. The moving portion took longer than quoted and every piece of furniture moved was damaged in some way. Have several custom made pieces of furniture and sadly every piece either has nicks all over or deep scratches. They broke pieces off one of the pieces of furniture and did not realize it since item has been in storage and not used right after move. I caution anyone to think twice about who you choose to move your furniture and those who have no regard for your belongings that you worked hard to purchase.

This company is an absolute joke. Picked items up on Saturday and then Sunday the truck broke down in the parking lot of the place. They refused to move the items to a different truck because it would risk breakage with another handling, but it was okay that the truck was moved around numerous times by a mechanic who probably had to lift the vehicle at least once to do the repairs which caused over a weeks delay in a delivery that was all of 2 hours away. There was a freezer of food on the truck, again supposed to be a 1 day delivery, which we are finding out now was not supposed to be packed, but APOLLO's crew packed it anyway without asking what was in it, this is an assumption of risk. Obviously everything in there is gone now. Also on this truck was all of the specialty equipment needed for my friend, one of the ones moving, to get around his home independently as he is disabled and requires certain things to be able to function. But none of that was delivered for over a week. I asked the woman on the phone when I called if their company had nothing in their "policy" for circumstances involving handicapped or disabled clients, and was met with a "Sir, I am sorry but that is just how we do things." Good to know. This company doesnt care that they are screwing people out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars for their incompetency and unwillingness to make any kind of relevant solution available.

We are very sorry that there were miss understandings with your shipment. Your paperwork that you signed was dated with a delivery spread of 3/20/21-3/31/21. Also you received both the "Ready to Move" and "Your Rights and Responsibilities" which both go over that you cannot pack any perishable goods. Again you initialed your paperwork acknowledging receipt of the two forms. Therefore the driver was under the assumption that the shipment would be fully prepared to move, this includes the freezer being empty. The truck breaking down did not affect your delivery spread, and you were delivered on day 9 of your 11 day spread. As far as the policy for circumstances involving handicapped or disabled client; we are sorry that you did not understand the paperwork you signed. This is the same paperwork we send out to every client and we cannot make special exceptions, this is the policy across Allied internationally. As far as "screwing you out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars" we are not sure what you are talking about as you paid within the 10% over estimate that you signed for. To be specific 7$ over your estimate. We hope you hope you are settling into your home well.

3 stars for great communication prior to booking-friendly and quick responses (from the manager), great price, and the 2 guys that came completed the job quickly. Also, when I discovered they took my bolts to put my table together with them, after I emailed the manager the guys drove an hour to my new place to give them back to me. Lose 2 stars because the men were not very polite, didn't wash their hands after using the washroom (especially nowadays!!) and then touched all my belongings, left stuff behind at the house without telling me it didn't fit in the truck (including a small 2x2 table top apparently??) until I had already arrived at the new place, and rolled my wooden table without wrapping it resulting in scratches and chips.
