Office staff was excellent at communicating when our things arrived from other movers, and when our things would arrive at our home after they were stored. Unloading team was the most professional and polite crew we have had in our 12 moves. Wish they were all like this!

Catherine and Mike with Apple Moving were awesome! They communicated their arrival time, arrived promptly, and remained upbeat and polite throughout the day. They were courteous to each other and took any requests we made without any complaints. They were careful with our items and ensured they were well packed. They didn’t rush the work and did a great job. They did a great job packing our storage unit. They stuck around to help us clean up and make sure all the trash was picked up.

Apple Moving was hired to move the contents of our home through the Air Force. They caused damage to our home and refuse to repair it. We have never been given a copy of our Inventory or high value items list. Various requests to have them come repair and provide us with the an inventory have been refused. Their guys were careless with our property. Damaged our banister, stairs, baseboards, walls and carpet. They didn’t take any precautionary measures to protect our carpet or any part of our home. They tracked muddy boots on our off white carpet after the rain. Very unprofessional company. Don’t let them move you.
