  We left our boat with Arbor Vita Marine for a couple of weeks until we returned to have a little maintenance completed. Picked it up and it will idle but runs really bad. I took it back, and they said we only changed the spark plugs and it ran fine for us. Then why does it not run now? Arbor Vita Marine could care less about their customers and the quality of work they perform. They denied responsibility and never even tried to make it right. This type of mindset and business practice is unacceptable. They should fix what they guaranteed would be repaired instead of blaming the customer.

  We were on vacation and had boat problems as soon as we got on the water! We called Arbor Vitae Marine immediately Monday morning. Not only did they tell us to bring it in and they could look at it in the next day or two (every other place we called said a couple of weeks) but, they took the boat back and looked at it that day, and we had it back before the end of the day (Monday)!! We can't thank them enough for getting us back out fishing! We strongly recommend them.

  Too bad I can't give less than one star. Needed emergency repair or vacation was over. They said yes have part, no won't look at for weeks. Quite rude. My last laugh. Grier pier did awesome job. Next year we are buying new bass boat from them!
