I must say Armstrong made my move so smooth, I moved from Atlanta, Georgia to State of Washington, its around 2700 miles and I opted for their full packing service, all their staff is so professional and easy to approach. I got my stuff in same condition without any breakage. I highly recommend United Van lines as one of the top option for any in-state or out-of-state moving.

My experience from this company was poor, as the moving crew was unprofessional. One of the men was very aggressive and tried to argue with me about my request for shoe coverings or something to protect the carpet. My neighbor told me that she frequently heard him ranting and spewing negative comments about me while outside. To make matters worse he wasn’t shy about vocalizing his disdain for me right as the move was about to wrap up. This man hurled insults and threats directly at me… even the moving coordinator heard while she was on the phone with me. I would strongly caution against this company for your moving needs. Oh not to mention the crew left abruptly without doing a damage check or final inventory check. They even left their gear all throughout my home, which I had to roll up and lug out. I still have not heard from the company for resolution and it’s been two weeks since this happened.
