We decided to go with Arrow after Ethan stopped by our home to give us an estimate. He was friendly and clear cut. David and Andy loaded our container. They were kind, helpful, and very effective. Everything has been great so far. We leave this weekend to drive across the country, and am sure everything will be properly cared for en route to, and when we arrive at, our new home. Thank you, Arrow.

Arrow moving and storage was so easy to work with. I knew from the start I didn't want to work through a massive broker from all the bad stories of going that route. They were the only company that would actually come to my place for an accurate estimate without having to jump through multiple hoops and what felt like pulling teeth with other companies. They priced based off of weight vs. hourly. Our estimator - Ethan - was extremely friendly, realistic, and no pressure. Our assigned move coordinator - Barb - was on top of everything from start to finish. The included insurance added peace of mind, and they were on time for both departure and arrival for our move from Utah to Illinois. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. Definitely plan to use them in the future as needed.
