Absolutely the worst. They were nice enough until receiving payment, then everything went south. A large amount of items never showed up, and a lot of furniture did show up that did not belong to us. When letting them know they offered for us to keep those items! Customer service was awful, completely unresponsive or rude. Most of what did show up was broken. The delivery driver even provided a picture of our items in storage, mixed with items that weren't ours, in order to try and cover himself with everything that went wrong. Terrible at every stage of the process.

Worst storage co. I've seen! Lost an irreplaceable piece of furniture in 1.5 yrs of storage that was supposed to go back to exact same pickup point. Tried to deliver wrong property. Was reimbursed for furniture loss at replacement value, but was a custom made piece that simply couldn't be replaced.
