  Really one of the worst experiences with any business I have ever had. We did a cross country move for a 3 bedroom house with a Boush moving, who contract with Atlas. Here are the numbers: - 3 bedroom house (no couches, no dining room table, no dining room chairs, 1 bed, 1 baby grand piano (about 500 lbs), 1 washer/1 dryer, no other appliances, lots of other stuff) - Cost: $16,300 - Days to deliver: 25 (didn't even get picked up for 14 days) - Calls from Atlas to update us: 0 Absolutely horrendous experience. The only calls we received for updates were from the drivers wife, the first about 22 days after our stuff was picked up. I highly recommend using another service for a cross country move.

  I can’t express enough about how professional the driver and his helper were in delivering and setting up our furniture. There were very careful to not touch a wall as they maneuvered the furniture through hallways and rooms. We had nothing scratched, broken, or missing, all due to there meticulous wrapping and handling of all pieces. I definitely would recommend them!

  Atlas uses the name to make people think it is a reputable moving company. All they do is contract smaller moving companies who think they have atlas support. We were told there were not trucks available to move our things after our things were already in atlas possession. Once you try to get a hold of Atlas to locate your stuff it’s impossible. Our things arrived 1 week later than promised only after numerous phone calls and complaints with multiple items damage and extremely dirty. We were given an estimate then when delivery men showed up the bill was $3,000 more than quoted. They require you to pay before things are brought inside. There was no heads up or discussion of higher fee prior to men arriving with things. They just expect people to pay with no questions asked. Very unhappy with Atlas moving company and their shady service. Will never be using their service again.
