Wonderful, secure selfstorage!They go out of their way to help you with all your storage needs. Facility had 24/7 hour access. Reasonable price also! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Helene goes out of her way with incredible customer service.highly recommend.

Too pricey. Wanted $30 a day for uhaul rental plus $14 insurance plus 79-99cents per mile. I got one same size for $20 a day n no insurance charge elsewhere. And they charge $102 for a 10×20 storage unit and i got one same at griffins storage for $70 a month with no prorate charge

The best customer service ever. Friendly, polite, and very helpful with all questions and needs. All the other storage places here in waycross are very short and rude with you but not Augusta.
