During my move, this company falsely documented damage on a brand new, sturdy, undamaged bookshelf. Upon arrival at my new house, the bookshelf had been completely destroyed (it looked like it had been run over by the moving truck). When I went to file a claim, I was told I could not be reimbursed due to the falsely-documented damage. I am extremely disappointed in the company.

I live in a condo complex where one of your trucks was blocking 3 private garages. It stayed in that location all day. I asked the driver to move the truck because I needed access to my parking spot and garage. This was at around 7pm. He refused. I told him there was an area to park a large truck on the other side of the building. He said, "I'm not doing that." He told me if I need to get into my parking spot he will move his truck "if he's around." This company is super unprofessional and does not respect property.
