I call back then get a fax sound, I call back a third time and get this rude lady again. I informed her I am calling from an AMSA company looking to do business with your company, "ok what do you want, how can I help you" is her response. Lacks professionalism, politeness and class will not do business with these people or entrust them with my shipments or belongings if that's how you act before you get my money. I prefer not to do business with you... Poor customer service at the least was enough for me...."
