  I had a very short notice retirement from the military and Baileys was the company that called to set us up for our move from Colorado to North Carolina. They were very responsive, on time, extremely professional, and courteous. They definitely put our minds at ease throughout the entire move and we had zero question that our household goods were in good hands being packed up and stored. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and asked if they had any questions regarding what was being packed or what was staying. Also, they were very respectful that we had two young kids and made sure we were comfortable by leaving certain furniture until the last minute so we had places to sit and sleep. HUGE shout out to everyone on the crews over three days, Damon, Tim, Cristian, Raysean, Andrew, and Jaden. Thank you guys SO much for everything!

  Julius and jay were my movers. They were extremely nice and helpful. I overslept the meeting time and they still waited for me. They were polite and answered all of my questions and made this experience really easy. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I will always go with these guys.

  I just received my stuff in Germany that was packed up months ago by a team from Bailey’s Moving & Storage. Everything was coming off the truck nicely. The last two crates were horrible, everything was just thrown in there and my stuff was ruined. My kid’s dresser, the bottom drawer was cracked, the mirror was packed with little paper and was shattered in the box. The master room headboard was scratched. Boxes were shoved in there and were smashed some of the decor that was packed inside those boxes are broken. I have not un boxes everything yet, however, I will be filing a claim. This is unacceptable.
