  The load-up process and paperwork signing was very smooth and just a matter of minutes. I was kept in touch for what time the pickup date would be and that went extremely smooth and dropoff was exactly where I needed it to be but not when I needed it to happen. So the day before the estimated delivery date the driver called me saying he would be on Thursday. Thursday passed by, no calls. He arrived Friday morning with a 30 min advanced notice. Loved the condition of the car but not the driver’s service. There was basically no communication. I had to call to find out what was going on. Another problem was that I thought the credit card was to cover everything. So, when he was expecting cash from me, we basically went to the bank and got the money, and he was nice about that. It just put me on the spot.

  They said they might call me a few days before it got picked up, which was fine as it would give me some time to clean the car. But the next morning 9am the driver called and said he was 30 minutes out. In addition the driver also contacted me several times to update the status of my vehicle during the shipping process. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were both late. The pickup was only a day late which really didn't bother me much. However, the driver told me that the car would be shipped latest on Saturday but it was shipped on Monday afternoon only. That means that the vehicle was supposedly in transit for 8 days instead of the 4 days that it was supposed to take. I can't imagine what caused a whole 4 day delay. I will say that the original schedule went off as perfect as I could have hoped. The change in schedule was a bit annoying. I would probably prefer to pay extra and have my vehicle picked up and dropped off on the dates, even though they were stating it’s the nature of the industry.
