  Mayflower contracts out with this company in California. Save yourself some struggle and call them directly. They were super nice and very very careful with all our stuff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving long distance. Do yourself a favor and look up how to determine cubic feet first and measure what you really must take. It costs a fortune!!!

  Google review Add 1h per bedroom JUST for tape removal these guys will put all over your furniture - add 45' for each additional room). Takes forEVER to remove tape. Instead of securing drawers, or blankets around things, with bungees they put wide tape around EVERYTHING, on bare wood. every piece of furniture you have with drawers wiil be ruined with permanent tape marks. They use tape vs bungee cords so they can up charge for tape - they tape everything even when it's unnecessary. Adds hours of tape removal to unpacking time & is horrible for the environment. They left my precious Ikea rolling over-bedtable(which has been discontinued) unprotected, bare in the truck, it now has a gash in it. They damaged 2 tables - did not offer compensation to replace them. 2 glass picture frames arrived cracked. Summary: 1. Furniture ruined by tapemarks 2. Hours of extra time unpacking to remove 30yards of tape. 3. Furniture will arrive with gashes 4. No offer of compensation will be made even if you send pics of your cracked or damaged items. 5. You will be upcharged substantially for taping (which ruins your furniture forever) .

  This truck had hit my car in the apartment community while they were backing their truck. They are so irresponsible that they didn’t even bother to see their side mirror or back mirror while they were backing their truck. Such unprofessionalism. It is an apartment community and there is a possibility that kids would be playing around. My car front is totally damaged. On top of that, they don’t seem to be accountable for the damage caused by them and they think they can do anything since they have insurance. They took days to provide me with insurance information. They take days to verify the driver details and provide other documentation. I wonder if their business and the drivers are legally verified. Such an unprofessional movers company in my experience.
