  "I've been meaning to write a review on this company but couldn't find the paper I wrote the info on since I moved. I booked my move with the husband a few weeks prior to the initial move. He said they were going to call the day before to confirm the move and its time. I never received the call. The day of the move, 30 minutes before they were suppose to show up, I called them and the wife said the husband probably forgot to book my move. She said she was going to figure it out and call me back. After an hour, I called her back but my call went to voice mail. Called them back a few more times and not surprisingly, all of my calls went to voicemail. Moving is already stressful enough as it is and to have this company NOT come through made it awful! I had to call different companies last minute and ended up spending 3 times more than what I had anticipated. I can't say enough how disappointing and upsetting it was have to find another moving company the day of my move and pay alot more for someone else's mistake. I wanted to support a smaller family-owned business but I can clearly see they don't really care about how their company is ran."
