I will update this review once it has been received, but the person I spoke with on the phone was very prompt and even claimed to be able to have my package sooner than expected. So far so good, I hope the delivery goes as smooth.

So scheduling was great and Amy was extremely helpful. However, I paid for white glove delivery and I got filthy paw prints all over my brand new white linen bed from Ethan Allen that was delivered the previous day! It appears to be ink and it’s not coming out. When I called to complain, the lady said —not our problem — call the shipper. If their delivery people had washed their hands I wouldn’t have a problem—now I need a new bed or a new bed rail.

One of your workers, had my life another lives in jeopardy, while I was driving your worker was swerving on the road, pulling in driveway, and almost hit me. Another thing he decided to pull out in the middle of the road and sitting there blocking myself and other cars, I called an relative to come check on me , and he threatened him, I called the police but they never came. I dont know his name put he has been reported. He doesn't need to dive truck ANYMORE.
