So the gentleman that works on Friday was incredibly competent and very helpful. However he was not there on Saturday, there was a young man who is constantly on his phone he was the one I got! Well that was an incredible failure! Almost disastrously! Not only did he fail to secure the vehicle down properly he put a chain someplace he wasn't supposed to which got lodged in the spring of the car! It took Virgil at least 15 minutes to hammer and try to get that chain removed from in between where it was lodged! After arriving when Virgil was backing up the truck with my car still on it I'm watching my car Rock back and forth as he is backing up the vehicle that I just drove 2 hours from! He said whoever hooked it up did not know what they were doing and it could have ended very badly! I mean the vehicle was rocking back and forth 😠😠That young man in Ashland Kentucky should be fired for incompetence or trained properly! I think his phone is an incredible distraction to him or he just doesn't care! Because what he did was incredibly careless! As I said the young man on Friday was great unfortunately for me I needed the car trailer hooked up on Saturday! At least now I know what to look for next time! Good Lord 🙄

Awesome little place. I've driven by here countless times and had never stopped in. They carry batteries and accessories for just about anything that requires a battery. They buy/sell batteries and the prices are reasonable.
