  "Disaster!!!!!! I so regret not researching this company more before using them for our move from Fresno to Phoenix. It ended being arguably the worst experience of my life as a good portion of our household items were either damaged, destroyed or lost. Some of the items such as my military memorabilia, kids pictures and school work from 30 years ago, all of my college work, family heirlooms, etc. can never be replaced. Although we did receive our appliances, they were so damaged and battered that we’ll eventually have to replace them. To add injury to insult, they up charged us from the initial quote we received. They gave us one price and then arrived and started loading our stuff and then informed us it was going to be more. My wife and I have been devastated by the lost of so many life long possessions. How a company is able to do something like with little to no oversight is mind boggling. When communicating with them about the status of our missing items, almost half of our household items, they were ambivalent to our lost and simply informed us to file a claim. Given the nature and extent of our loss, my wife and I have committed to pursuing every possible avenue to holding them accountable for this tremendous loss. There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t remember something that was lost. For anyone considering this company for your move, please take heed and read some the reviews to understand what we and others have painfully experienced."
