  I am very pleased with our experience with Bay Shore Moving & Storage. They moved my parents from Long Island to Boston. It was a difficult move, but the team of men headed by Marlin worked non-stop, were professional, courteous, and did a great job. We appreciated everyone’s good attitude and quality work. I highly recommend them.

  I have to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with your company. Wilfredo, Brandon and George were awesome! Nothing was a problem and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were so careful with all our furniture. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for a professional, pleasant experience! Barbara Barone

  RUN don't walk AWAY from this horrible business!! I moved cross country and it took over TWO MONTHS to get my belongings. Calls and emails went unanswered. It was blamed on COVID that they could not find a driver. When I FINALLY got my stuff TWO MONTHS later much was broken, packed poorly and items were missing. I have moved cross country several times and NEVER had such an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID!!!

  My sincere apologies! We definitely earned this one-star review. We should have taken your advice and “RUN don’t walk AWAY” from your move. Unfortunately, when you can’t control all aspects of a move, you’re at the mercy of third parties and their actions. In this case the move was from Connecticut to Washington state. It’s out of our usual service area but we were asked to do a favor. Like all moving companies who are agents for a national van line if we can’t haul a shipment ourselves, we check with the van line to see if they can provide the transportation. Before we agreed to accept your move, we checked with Atlas Van Lines to see if they would be able to provide transportation services to Washington state. Atlas Van Lines agreed to provide the transportation services. We informed you that it would take at least a month from the date of pick-up to get the items delivered. We picked your items up in Connecticut and brought them to our warehouse to wait for Atlas Van lines to load and deliver to Washington state. Unfortunately, and for a number of reasons Atlas Van Lines was never able provide a driver and moving truck going to Washington state. I don’t know what conversations you had or did not have with Atlas Van Lines, but we got no answers from Atlas Van Lines about the status of your move. At that point we had to scramble to arrange to utilize Atlas’s crate and freight service to get your items delivered. When I last checked you had not filed a delay or damage claim with Atlas Van Lines. We can’t do that for you. You took the time to write your review so it shouldn’t be that hard to file a claim.
