  I will never ever! Use them again! Ever! First of all my move was scheduled for 11am. I waited at the storage till 3pm. I received a call asking me to reschedule which I forfeited. Upon their arrival around 430pm I was highly upset being that I traveled all the way from Brooklyn. The owner showed up with 3 other guys. The owner has an attitude because I declined to reschedule. He was very rude and inconsiderate. I noticed he is standing on my AC to reach for boxes on top. We ended up exchanging words and he informed me I am the manager after a heated back and forth. He aborted the job and sent up his wife. Go figure. They load the truck I leave and head back to Brooklyn only to receive my items around 730pm - 8pm. I started unpacking and noticed boxes are missing snd items are broken. I am highly upset and this is the second time using this unprofessional company full of thieves. I will probably never receive my boxes and the items broken priceless. If you are considering them don’t!!! I strong advise you to try another company.

  2021: be warned, you will definitely lose some items. It’ll disappear into thin air, supposedly. Just look at how they’re replying to the reviews, pretty ghetto behavior for a business. I see a lot of fake 5 star ratings with bland and short one-liners. That’s their own doing. Don’t be fooled. Rent your own U-haul and some friends

  The office staff is very unprofessional and have no manners, I had the misfortune of having to speak to the lady Michelle who would seem runs his company when he claims not to be there. She is the worst kind of human being you could employ to be the face of your company , her attitude and her way of speaking to their clients is atrocious. She is extremely loud and disrespectful. The owner Frank Lopez is a terrible person , yelling at workers and cursing on phones then has the audacity to come and try and charge more money because I had an extra small table they would not take it because it was not on the inventory. Then Mr Lopez comes to speak to me yelling and smelling of marijuana and god know what else he was on. Their movers are even worse. No professionalism what so ever. They do not know how to pack properly and while putting my partners belonging in the truck I witnessed one of the movers just throwing bags and boxes in with no regard for a person’s property. I had to call the office on numerous occasions to wait for 3 estimates from then to have a young lady be very rude to me on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
