  "I have been trying to reach someone to rent a storage space since Saturday to no avail. Saturday, during their “business hours” I personally went to the office and no one was there; it was closed two hours before closing time. Monday was a holiday. Tuesday I called many times and left a voicemail message with my callback number and no response. The previous employee that worked there was always at the office and very helpful. He answered the telephone! I don’t know if the new person is just not punctual or does not care but I am a customer who needs a service and no one is available to help. Disappointment."
