  Thankfully the larger van lines who hired Bekins was able to fire them before my move. The person in “Agency Development” was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told them I did not appreciate how they were speaking to me, they replied with a threat to “call the base inspector” since it was a military move. Very unprofessional and sad.

  Had a great experience with Bekins. They were friendly, professional and fast. They did an excellent job at safely packing all my belongings and they were honest and up front about about potential damage to my property. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future moving needs!

  Good service. Only issue was that my estimated ship/delivery date for my furniture kept getting changed on a whim and the customer service representative did have any solid info to give me regarding this. However, when they did call to schedule delivery, everything when quickly and was delivered on time in the 2hr delivery window they provided. Thank you
