Not the friendly folks the reviews speak of. Misleading info on website,that now has become an issue,and a threat of eviction for breaking a rule that does not exist . Raccoons on property the entire rental period. They were informed from the beginning about raccoons. Now, i'm the target of un necessary harassment. The contract states ;payment due on the first of the month-&late on the 5th. They lock clients out on the first of the month,every month. The clients not experiencing this, must be in another location. Richland - unfriendly bunch. Thank you for listening.
