To the person complaining about the tool chest.. May I ask what location this happened at? Because all locations are on camera and I assure you if you would have asked questions then you’d have answers. I do not believe anything like this occurred. Especially since keys aren’t accessible to all employees. Also don’t believe everything you read here folks. Some people steal their own property for insurance sake, get caught on camera, and then attempt to claim they were robbed. Even with time dated camera evidence. Come in and give any location a chance, I promise you won’t be disappointed. Customer service is very important at this place! But will all reviews please keep the old adage “two sides to every story” in your mind. 💜💜

I have two units here and they're very well kept and priced fair

Getting close to our unit we noticed a white pick up truck parked in front. We stopped away from the unit and started walking towards the truck. Out from our unit comes two guys carrying one of my tool chest. My wife said , they work here, I've seen them! Long story short. This is a criminal enterprise, not a storage facility.
