  I have tried to review this company regarding move number: 271554000000 that took place December 22-Jan. 8th through their contract with Allied Van Lines. I am using my son's email to review this company with the hopes they do not take it down. If you dig deep on this company, you will find many more stories like mine. (Danny S on YELP for example). Look at my photos: the truth cannot be denied regarding the way they handled my move. My Google review was taken down (blocked from public view -Bretagne Dow-Hygelund review) my Facebook reviews are blocked, my Yelp Review is not recommended and hidden, and the local reviews for Corvallis will not post my review. This company clearly conceals negative reviews. I do not recommend this company based on how my things were treated, my move was handled, the professionalism regarding scheduling, facilitating and managing my review. I endured over 10K in damage to heirlooms, It will require museum curators to fix some of my things. They did not wrap my most valuable furniture and they placed items on their sides, over stacked with boxes and exercise equipment, and consequently, damaged so many priceless antiques. I will continue to post reviews and photos proving my experience until this company allows the honest truth to stand from a customer who spent over 19K on a move with Bertsch Moving and Storage.

  Please see review from this same person below. using a different ID to do duplicate "bad" review. Google reviews CAN NOT be blocked and we did not block any reviews. Any negative posts are reviewed by owner, management as well as the Allied legal team. We take all reviews seriously, however, all reviews except for this one customer have been 4-5 stars. We urge all customers to consider that when choosing their services. We are working diligently with the Allied claims department to review this claim and correct any wrong. This business has been owned and operated by same owner for over 38 years and this case has been the most challenging to date.

  We were so happy with the service provided by Bertsch Moving and Storage for our cross-country move away from Oregon last summer. Throughout the process, they were professional and responsive. Everyone we interacted with was attentive to our needs and they continued to communicate with us about the status of our move even after our shipment passed hands on to Allied. More importantly, everything arrived in one piece. I couldn't recommend Bertsch highly enough.

  What a great group of people to work with. Always responsive to the many questions I had. The group of people that came to move our things were friendly, helpful and just a fun group of guys to work with on both ends of the move. Made the move to a different State a lot easier. Thank You!!
