  Stay clear of this company! Home Depot hired them to deliver our new appliances. You would think it is common sense to move OLD appliances OUT and not just leave them in the middle of my kitchen. We asked if they were going to move them into our garage for us and their response was "they still have a busy day and their boss told them they couldn't" and then proceeded to laugh and get smart with my husband. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere for a moving company. There is a reason they only have 3 stars for their reviews.

  We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered from Home Depot. They didn't give us the water line so my husband and I called the number multiple times & I texted the cell asking for our water line ASAP. It was after 5 so no one answered either phone. We then had to call Home Depot and 2hrs later they gave us a water line - not the one we paid for. Later that night (AFTER calls & text) got an email receipt stating we had everything. The next day, my husband took a look at the dishwasher to find out what he needed to get it installed and he saw where one of the wires was cut in two. We immediately called Home Depot because it was the weekend & the moving company was closed. We thought we had it taken care of on Sat. On Tue we had to call best way & we were basically told that because we didn't contact them in 48hrs they wouldn't do anything, it wasn't their problem and it was on Home Depot hands. How can you contact someone who doesn't answer the phone? They also stated we had to call the number on the yellow card - which we didn't get. We definitely will not be having anything delivered from Home Depot again if they don't change the delivery company. You would think they would want someone to have a good reputation delivering their products

  Worst delivery company ever. We had a refrigerator & dishwasher delivered on a Friday around 3:30. 1st off they didn't deliver our water line for the ice maker we had ordered & when we continued to call the delivery cell # there was no answer & of course no return call or response from the text my wife had sent either. 2nd, the next day on Saturday I looked under the dishwasher to see what all was needed to install it & found a wire that was cut in half from I'm assuming their dolly. We contacted The Home Depot because no clue on how to get in touch with anybody at bestway & was told The Home Depot would cover the cost of installation so they can repair the wire while installing it. Fast forward to Wednesday after no receiving any call about it & was told I needed to call bestway. Called bestway & was told that since it had been past 48 hrs it wasn't their responsibility anymore & to contact The Home Depot. I was hung up on twice by the delivery manager after being told it wasn't their problem.
