I recently hired the team at Bethley moving company and I was very happy that I did. I appreciate when a company knows how to roll with the punches and ensure that their clients are happy. The team showed up on time, and unfortunately there was one person that was unable to make it due to a personal emergency. I was informed immediately and credited extra time to accommodate the lack of one person. No worries, things happen, happy to have the free extra time! The movers proceeded to play Tetris and get all of my belongings safely into my uhaul. They took care in moving all furniture out of the home and wrapping pieces for safety. When moving a large sofa through a narrow staircase they accidentally cracked a window. They immediately told me and assured me that they would pay for the repair of the window. After the move, I had the window repaired and sent the invoice to the owner (Tye) and was credited the full funds for the repair the next day. I would definitely recommend this company as they are responsible and true to their word.
