    Not happy. Contacted the BBB for NJ and nothing but an acknowledgement of my compaint. After dealing with Cherrybrook Pet Supplies and getting nowhere in a hurry I finally resolved my own problem by having my credit card company do a charge-back. I refuse to pay for something I don't have. Very disappointed in BBB.

    As previously stated here by the poor reviews don’t waste your time. Do your homework, quick google search will show you that this business is 100% funded by the business you are complaining about via aggressive sales calls and pay for play tactics. Basically you pay money and they say you’re great. Talk about a conflict of interest. Tried to call several times to learn about the process, pushed off as quickly as possible to the website to find info there. Why even have a call center? Filled out a complaint against a business talking about how they performed fraud and detailing the unprofessionalism. Got a (shocker) unprofessional response from the business. Called up the bbb and wanted to talk about next steps. First customer service rep said she couldn’t help me bc she was not my case rep and transferred me immediately to a V mailbox. (Turnaround time is 48 mind you) called back and spoke to another rep who said she couldn’t see my case either because she’s not my rep. During our conversation I made a statement “you see the all capital letters in their response, how unprofessional” to which she replied “yes I know I can see it”.. So obviously they can see the verbatim but choose not to help you and tell you they can’t if not your case worker. Asked several times to speak to a supervisor to which I was transferred to a long hold and disconnected. When I did get my caseworker she was rude and dismissive. She explained to me that the next steps were to reach back out to the business and see if they had a comment and if they did not the case would be closed. Compete waste of time, which is obviously no surprise given where their funding comes from but hey, I tried. Go right to litigation if you have issues with a business, this is an unnecessary stop. I’ll wait for the combative business response proving my point.

    I've had success in the past with other branches of the BBB but that is not the case with the New Jersey bureau. I filed a complaint against ARC Insurance Claims for a property damage claim with FedEx delivery. The BBB did contact ARC but has failed to follow up with me and the complaint is still unresolved. So far I'm not impressed with the New Jersey BBB since I can't access my claim online anymore. Did they close it without following up with me? Very poor business practices and lack of Customer Service in my opinion. The 1 star is for the fact that they did get the ball rolling for me by contacting ARC Insurance Claims with my complaint initially. After that they've been no help at all. I even responded back to the last email I had from the BBB on 7/23/21 and still no response. That was 3 weeks ago. Update: the NJ BBB did reach out through this Google review and helped me to communicate further with ARC Claims Management, but were forced to closed the complaint after ARC continues to refuse to acknowledge the facts of the claim or pay for damages. This is not the fault of the BBB so I've changed my opinion and review of them.
