  10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND... We just moved to crestview with our moving truck with such high expectations and determination to be able to unload it ourselves. Well we live on the third floor. And our determination ended in just a few trips up and down the stairs. We needed help. I called BIGFOOT moving services and immediately I was told some guys would be on their way! I was so glad to know how quickly they would arrive. Soon I got a call they were 20 minutes out. Eddie, Jordan, and Walt. Got to work immediately and damn those guys have energy and their strength was unmatched. Peeking through a window watching them lift these impossible boxes that we had trouble lifting without hesitation was amazing. I absolutely appreciate them being so helpful. I highly recommend them, I will continue to use Bigfoot Moving Services and recommend them to ANYONE who asks about moving their furniture.

  Bigfoot Moving Services helped me pack and load a grandfather clock. They were punctual, efficient, and extra careful with my furniture. Communication was great before, during, and after. They were quick to answer questions that I had after the work was done. The team was personable as well. I highly recommend Bigfoot Moving Services for your moving needs!

  We hired Bigfoot movers for a local in town move. They completed our move on two separate days. On the first day the workers arrived on time and were pleasant and efficient. On our scheduled second day we had to reschedule and I told them I realized this really frustrated the workers when they came back to our home frustrated, made no eye contact and worked completely silent and clearly angry. So unprofessional. They left multiple heavy items in the backyard for my husband to lift and he is a disabled veteran and can’t lift them so we will be needing to get a moving service to come back to get them moved. I messaged the owner and he was defensive and told me that the workers were upset that they lost money for a days pay because we canceled our two hour second job the few days prior. Moving is stressful on any family. For military families that have spent their lives moving with kids in tote it is even more overwhelming. The last thing you want is angry silent workers moving your belongings. Lastly, be careful with pricing. The owner quoted us the best moving rate per hour but then once the workers were at our house there is a “travel fee” added and the increases the price by over $100! And we are locals!!!

  I regret your disatisfaction, however if you would have been as dilligent to keeping your word and your bookings with us as you were in writing this review there would have been no issues. Frankly there are no issues just unjustified complaints. Customer said they would pack themselves and be ready for us to move them. We arrived they were not. They need more time. Rebooked for 5 days later per their request. They assured us they will be ready. Day before they cancel. Actually hours before we were to be there, and only AFTER I called to confirm. Was told "I would have called but..." Excuse or reason for canceling; "my daughter fell and broke her arm" Please can we reschedule. Sure happy to. We offered to come out Sunday (our day off) to complete job. On Sunday they cancel AGAIN literally last minute. Excuse or reason; " My daughter fell and broke her arm" yes, they used the same excuse. Two broke arms, same daughter. Wow some luck. Anyway we booked them again two days later. They will be ready this time and they only need us for 2 hours were told. Well we arrive they are not ready, and they are disorganized. In spite of this, we move what they tell us to move and leave what they tell us to leave (including certain heavy items in backyard). Job complete. Added travel fees, workers angry, being defensive, etc. Our contract is explained then read and signed by customer PRIOR to start of job. The 45 min partial one way travel fee was in the contract and they were aware of it. Workers angry, no, a little frustrated with a customer who repeatedly canceled, was not ready and disorganized, yes. Being defensive, no, just being forthright in responding to customer and their real or perceived issues. Something I learned from a retired military father and growing up in a military family. Something thats integral for a LOCAL company in serving our customers with integrity and professionalism.
