  Sara in the office was wonderful to work with. She estimated over the phone the number of hours we needed within 30 minutes. This was my first time using a moving company and I was behind on packing due to being 7 months pregnant. When the moving guys showed up I was even more impressed. We had 3 guys, all where great, I unfortunately didn't get their names. They treated my items like it was their own, disassemble and reassembled everything wonderfully. Even in the midst of covid19 I felt safe letting these guys in my home. I would recommend them to a my friends and family. I look forward to using these guys for any future move. Thank you!

  I have used Bill's Moving twice and had recommended them to a friend prior to the second time I used them. However in the future, I will probably hire someone else. This latest move which cost me over $2000, was disappointing due to the following: at the end of the day the 5 man crew left 14 boxes in my garage rather than carrying them to the appropriate rooms inside---I didn't notice this until the next morning, I called and the dispatcher did send someone over to move them in the house. However, they sure were all standing in line to each receive a $20 tip. And then they had the nerve to leave without completing the job. Some of my furniture was scratched and damaged. My cat was shut in the bathroom to keep her safe and one of the workers went in and left the door ajar and she escaped from a new home she'd never been to in a neighborhood she'd never lived in. My rake and hand cart(dolly) were missing which I didn't notice until months later when I went to use them. The first time I hired them it was a much smaller move compared to the second time. I was very happy with them at that time so that's why I hired them again without giving it a second thought. Maybe their strength lies in doing the smaller moves and you should call someone else for bigger jobs.
