  I think Billy Barnes is the most honest and reliable company I have ever worked at. As a local driver it's all up to you how you work the pay is good 😊 I enjoy my dispatcher and everyone at the company is like family

  Hired to work as a local driver, to park my truck in Mobile, and commute there from my home 20 miles away. A couple years later, I get injured on the job, so how do they respond? By changing my work location. Now I'm expected to commute all the way to their main terminal 105 miles away from my home. To top it off, they've got me, while wearing a huge sling on my arm (shoulder surgery), shoved into a corner of the drivers lounge, with a school desk shoved against a worn out sofa. I either sit leaning forward, which causes my arm to rest on my leg, putting an awkward strain on the shoulder, or I lean back, and am unable to reach the desk. OR I sit on the edge of the sofa, actually under the desk, and work like that until it becomes painfully uncomfortable. So. I'm driving, one handed, 200 miles a day, to sit in a hot drivers lounge, on an uncomfortable vinyl sofa for 8 hours a day. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

  Short pays their drivers. When you move on to another company they charge you 80 bucks for your long form. When you quit their facility and leave the truck at their establishment ..they charge you 300 to 600 wrecker fee to "take it back to monroeville".
