  Almost every box we had was mislabeled boxes that had food in them we're not labeled food they crushed a box that was clearly marked glass and we had quite a few items show up missing. This was a military move and united was our carrier. 3 men IN YOUR shirts and van packed our stuff. Never again

  I am sorry about your experience with your move. What was the name the move was under. If this was a Military move our name was only used as the carrier not the actual moving company that moved you.

  The lack of care your employees gave our belongings as well as our new home is deplorable. If it were just the damaged items it would be one thing, but it was the attitude that put me over the top. I’ve never seen such negative behavior, the under the breathe comments and total unapologetic attitude for our damaged goods struck a nerve. We paid your company a lot of money to get our items moved professionally. Additionally, your employee dinged walls and gouged my newly painted stairs, every step on the stair case.. why? Pure laziness and low care level. Management worked with us to plan the move but the overall move was terrible.. hire new employees to represent your company better. Update.. their comments below are BS, they were fully aware of our situation and were extremly upset about our review, contacting us within minutes of posting so that’s a joke. Luckily the corporate office of United handled our damaged goods.. no thanks to Biloxi transfer and storage, and I highly doubt they solved their poor staff behavior issues.

  We had to call the cops to my apartment complex due to one of the employees at this moving company verbally and physically threatening residents. They don’t seem to hire very reputable or professional movers. I would never let them touch my belongings.

  Thanks for the review. My company was delivering a military member into a third floor apartment at this complex which is Arbor View Apartments in D'iberville, MS. In an apartment complex as you know cars from residents are all parked in front of apartments. The only place for us to park is behind them and to walk around to deliver our customers furniture. With your review I think you have left out many points from our perspective...First, the ones in confrontation with our delivery crew lived one floor below the apartment we were delivering to. So, they knew how to find us to move the truck. Second, all they had to do was ask us to move the truck instead of blaring on their horn in the parking lot making a scene while we were still upstairs carrying furniture. Third, WE CONTACTED THE POLICE to come after the altercation with our employee cussing and using racial slurs at him for no reason. Also, not to mention the call to our office cussing out one of our secretaries because of this... I hope you the reviewer who witnessed this understands what happened. It's patience that should have happened from the residents at your complex. We have no problems moving the truck for residents to get out.
