Love BJ's, been a member for decades. Great prices, very good selections on many, many products way too numerous to count or mention. For this store the checkout line is unbelievable as it commonly starts at the rear of the warehouse. The only way I shop here is with the BJ's app that lets you checkout on your phone. It's a must have for there. No waiting on lines. It's brilliant.

Delivery issues! 3 dropped trailers in the door. Here early before appointment time. House truck comes he gets in at my appointment. The customer service is not very pleasant. I'm doing my job if I wasn't there would be a problem

I was in customer service for 45 years. I had the pleasure of encountering Rolando.at the Pelham Manor store on 1/11/22. He was very helpful and extremely courteous.His work ethic was outstanding. He is a real asset to your store. I would hire him in a minute.
