  Horrible company to work with. Seemed nice until the movers got there and were working for a bit and then their attitudes changed. They turned boxed upside down and put them in the garage that said Fragile - antiques on the box. Some antiques were broken beyond repair. I didn't find out about this until after I started going through the boxes in the garage that they jut left there instead of taking them into the house. This was just a small part of the horrible move. Snotty lead mover. He has an attitude. The owner isn't great either. Will never use them again for our next move. Learned my lesson. They also quoted me one rate and they three movers took longer and I got charged more for the move. Plus a $150 trip charge. They wouldn't adjust the bill. They rented a truck - if i had known that I wouldn't have gone with them. They had too small of a truck for the job. I even told them how much stuff we had to have moved. Don't even have their own trucks. I guess that is a way for them to make more money. Not a good way to do business. I wish it would have been a better experience for the move.

  This was the first time we hired a moving company to help us move and it was 100% worth it the money. If we would have had to rent the truck, rent the blankets, and buy the furniture wrapping it would have possibly cost us about if not the same as it did to have Blue Box Moving Company move us. And then the hard part would have been trying to convince family and friends to come help move when it’s 105+ degrees outside on a Tuesday. Yeah, not happening. Blue Box Moving Company's went above and beyond all our expectations. The communication was great, the free boxes we received with our deposit were very helpful. The crew was extremely kind to not only us but each other. Their teamwork was wonderful to watch. If you are looking for a great moving company we highly recommend Blue Box Moving Company. You won’t be disappointed.

  This is the worst moving company ever. Blue Box Moving Company. They charge me an upfront deposit of $150.00. Moved my father's belongings which was only 3 hrs. Told me that it is $95.00 an hour, plus one time trip charge $75.00. Said he waived the $705.00 for breaking my decease dad's antique Jukebox and my stool. My math isn't that bad. It doesn't added up to $705.00. Plus I didn't get a refund on my deposit. They were over an hour late. The movers were lost. I had to go get them. The owner said the strap got loosen. The movers said their straps broke. He will not return my emails. He is taking advantage of single mom who father has passed away. He knows this.. Now I need to find someone to fix my father's antique Jukebox. Who knows how much damage is done. And they won't return the keys to the Jukebox.
