They are not professional at all, when they took over they raised the rates 25.00 then I was told they raised 12.00 for insurance which I have through my insurance company. I sent proof of the insurance but they still charged a 15.00 late fee and wouldn't remove it, saying they have no way to remove. They also let calls go to voice mail and don't return calls. Not very professional. Kayla is the manager and the one I was dealing with and she knows I was trying to take care of this since the 8th of the month and if they would answer calls or return calls it would never have been a problem.

Loved it when it was G&J but this new company is price gouging! We went from paying $80 for a 10x10 now they have raised the price to $189 and it was convenient and cheaper but now since the bridge is out(heard it’s out for at least a year ) we have to drive out of our way to get there so it’s not cheaper or convenient anymore ,

They, “do the right thing.” As I closed down my dear Aunt’s storage unit of over 20 years, I came into contact with the folks here at G&J. They are by far the most decent, generous, and kind people which makes for a great business experience with incredible customer service! If only more businesses were like them!! Use them!! You will not regret it! Clean and safe facility too!! Thanks for taking good care of my Aunt and her things, G&J! You’re the Best!
