We had the best experience with Bob’s Piano Services! Another service we had contacted first was unable to move our piano. Lucky for us we landed with Bob’s Piano service. Our piano was moved with care, efficiency and professionalism. We were so impressed we will also be using them for tuning and maintenance moving forward!!

We have relied on Bob's Piano Service for our 1929 Steinway & Sons baby grand for the last 13 years. We'll be moving out of state soon, and we'll miss them so much. I realized I ought to tell the internet how much they have meant to us. We inherited this beloved piano from my grandfather in 2006, but it was badly damaged - pet and water damage mostly; very severe. I'm so glad we got a strong recommendation to have it restored by Bob's Piano Service. We had it shipped direct to them, and they breathed new life into a fine piano that had been frankly ruined. They consulted closely with us along the way to restore it to the finish and quality that we wanted. The result was breath-taking. They are also the best tuners to be found. They bring out a quality in our piano that I never heard at my grandpa's house, despite incredible acoustics in his great hall. And I'm sure the damp chaser which they installed and maintain for us helps with that. When we had to renovate our home, Bob's picked up the piano and stored it until we were ready to receive it back in the house. We wouldn't trust it with anyone else. Now that we are moving, we'll have them manage the shipping of the piano to our new house, and then... we'll have to make do with another tuner/technician. Thank you, Don, and everyone at Bob's Piano Service! You've been such a blessing in our lives!
