Went to check our mail today 1/5/22 and the guy was sitting on a stool on his phone. Okay maybe he is on his lunch break. Asked about our package that said it was delivered and he confirmed it was there. Asked to pick it up and he said no. That we could come back later and pick it up after he processed it and he does the smaller packages last. I get they are already looking for help and so he probably feels comfortable that he is needed so there will be no consequences. Just wanted to see if this was an issue for anyone else.

WAY OVERPRICED on shipping items. What should have cost $16.25 mail depot charged $23. It was a flat rate medium box. My husband was doing me a favor and didn't know better but NOW HE KNOWS

The prices might seem a bit like exorbitant at times but the service is fantastic and if you are on that side of town and don't like crazy crowds and just want to get something out the door, then this might just be the convenience you're looking for!
