Terrible communication, and unreliable! (booked 1 week in advanced) then day of pick up they called to tell us they won’t be able to pick up our vehicle. Don’t book with them unless you have the intentions of driving it yourself.

I was shopping around for the best rate to transport a car. Honestly wouldn't have even left this review if not for the audacity of the rep who called me to follow up. Everything was professional and cordial until the followup call: I said that I had already found a different shipping company (which had a better rate) and the guy immediately hung up on me. A simple "no problem, thanks for your time" would have sufficed. Disrespectful to say the least.
