We got a 26 foot Penske truck we were going to use to go 500 miles in. We called them 2 days before pick up and asked if we could pick the truck up Friday night after closing (pick up was Saturday morning). They said yes we could I told them I could pick it up at around 10 PM. They dont open til 9 Saturday and the heat index was over 100 degrees so we wanted to get an early start. So I made arrangements for people to help early in the morning. We get a call Friday late afternoon (a few hours before we were going to pick it up) and were told that we couldn't have the truck that night and would have to pick it up in the morning. I explained that we had made some arrangements already and that it would be really hard to change them at that point and how much more difficult everything would be. They didnt care. So now the helpers we had coming had made other plans for the day time and could not help. We picked the truck up Saturday morning just to find out that it is a lift truck instead of a ramp truck, it did not have up to date tags and the person working did not actually know how to work it and had to find out how to work it with me standing there. He also told me that it takes a special fluid that can only be found at a special pump otherwise I would have to go to Autozone and buy some DEF. Which is obviously annoying as well. The unexpected Lift bed truck was an absolutely awful experience as the truck has to be on to use the lift and the floor of the truck itself is chest high, so lifting things that high was awful. We spent the entire day loading the truck due to no longer having help and also having a lift bed truck. I have moved a lot of people a lot of times and it should have been a 3 hour load job at best. The place screwed me over and I believe they did it because I was upset that they went back on their word about Friday night.

Pretty fast and friendly service on a 26ft Penske rental. Air ride, fuel topped off, truck was clean, walk around was on point. The long haired fellow behind the counter was SUPER friendly and helpful. He had a great personality and made it a pleasure to do business....especially when spending the kind of money we did for a truck rental. Prices were very reasonable and fair, especially compared to Uhaul dealers. We reserved online and got a great discount. Would gladly do business again if in the area. Thanks for helping make our move easy!
