  Byron hooked me up with 2 very hard working guys to help me in a pinch. I called and was able to book same day service. Chris and Shawn were able to load a 10x15 storage unit and deliver it 30 miles away in under 2 hours. Hope I don't need to, but I would hire these guys anytime!

  Added 6/14-What threats? Yes I was upset. Anyone would be. I said I expected you to make it right. That's not a threat. I have texts from you confirming between 7:30 & 8:00 AM. When you didn't show, you said you would be there between 8&9. At 10:00 you said you were 20 minutes away. It does not take 20 minutes to go 1.7 miles. You're being less than honest. You abandoned your customer because of an "environment" you created and you chose NOT to return my message to make it right. My point is made about you and your company. There's much more reliable company's to choose from. Byron and Dwayne are cowards. We had a time and date set for yesterday to move. Confirmed by them in a text. After an hour late, Byron said he was 20 minutes away. My partner and I started unloading, in the heat and rain, because we had a time frame to return the moving trailer. Byron and Dwayne knew this. After another hour, frustrated, overheated and soaked, Dwayne said there was a miss-understanding with the time-that they confirmed, and they weren't coming because of "my attitude". They created the attitude and would not make it right. As with other people who had issues with them, they stopped communicating. Cowards! Thank God I had a plan B and the other company was there in 40 minutes with short notice.

  As the owner of this company I take full accountability of some of the things mentioned at 9 a.m which was the time we had scheduled a truck to be there we were exactly 1.7 miles out so yes technically we were late and that will be addressed and corrected on this end. In the process of trying to correct the situation you hurled insults made threats and demanded Financial relief so even so you threaten to post a review like this if you did not get your way, i Cant put myself ,my staff or family members in environment that's not conducive to their well-being. I hope moving forward you learn not to talk down to people and then get on the internet and spread "alternative facts" because you cant get your way or maybe that worked for you in the past. like Dwayne said to you yeterday you have a blessed day sir yours truly "the cowards"

  My husband and I have hired Byron and his crew to move our furniture and my son's furniture four times over the past few years. I've met about five members of his crew -- all family members, all very nice people, and always no problems. My furniture each time arrived with no nicks, scratches, scrapes... perfect. These guys are hard working and they do it with sweet-hearted dispositions -- even in 92-degree heat! Each move with Byron's crew has been nothing but a positive experience all the way around. It just feels good to interact with competent, careful, and nice people. THANK YOU, Byron!
