    Noted on day of move they damaged my hutch. Worker acknowledged the damage. Offered for us to file a claim or he could fix it. We decided we would repair ourselves. The worker did not apologize simply stated things happen. My curio cabinet was moved with the door open in a locked position. Unfortunately this warped the frame which I did not notice until I went to put the shelves back in a week later. I went to store the leafs to my table which were not wrapped when they left the house and they are damaged. I called left a message the day after the move requesting that they look in the truck to see if our cord to our recliner was left in the truck. No return call. Filing a claim does not repair my pieces of furniture.

    Ms Rooney, The only damage noted the day of your move was a small tear in the cardboard backing to your entertainment center. The foreman pointed this out to you, took a photo and apologized. He then offered to 1] take it back and repair it free of charge or 2] have you file a claim. You declined both options and your husband said he would repair it himself. No mention was ever made about damage to a hutch, table leaf or curio cabinet prior to this review. The foreman noted he locked the cabinet in the closed position with you standing there and handed you the key for you to keep.The table leaf was "diaper wrapped' using our standard furniture pads. When you called looking for a cord to your recliner, your crew happened to be working in the warehouse. You were placed on hold, the truck was checked, and Aliey came back on to tell you that there was nothing found on the truck. She suggested you look back at the pickup address, and you stated "It is impossible that I left it behind". Typically items such as power cords, chargers, remote controls, etc are packed in a carton for safe keeping prior to the movers' arrival. There was no "return call" because we were able to check for you at the time you had called. I am sorry you were disappointed with your move experience. That is certainly not our goal.     I just used Bristol Plymouth for 2 moves in 5 days - moved our family, and then moved my father-in-law into our house from a separate residence. They were absolutely great to work with from the first call. The office is super helpful and the owner came out to the house to do an estimate. Other movers didn't come out to the house and estimated that I'd need 2 26' trucks and 2 crews which would cost significantly more. These guys fit everything from our house into the 26' truck. They had the 3-bedroom house empty in 2 hours with 4 guys, and then had everything moved into the new house in just under 3 hours with 1 less guy. Also, the pricing was extremely fair. Because of timing of closing, we needed them to store our stuff on the truck for 2 nights - they only charge a small storage fee for this where other moving companies were going to charge me for full days of unused crew/truck time. Finally - nothing was damaged and they came in at or under the quoted price on both moves. Best moving experience ever!

    I had Bristol Plymouth move me from my old place to my new 15 miles away. Unfortunately I was rushed to the hospital with a serious illness on Monday. My friends rallied to my help. They said the movers were efficient professional quick and careful. They said they would never use any other mover. And neither will I. Thank you Bristol Plymouth
