  Once again...Brothers Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations. A few years ago I purchased a grand piano. I knew that I could not move it by myself so I called and they took care of the entire move. They picked the piano up and brought it to my new home. This sounds easy but let me tell you it is truly a big job. I'm sure you've seen all the movie clips with piano moves GONE BAD! Well fast forward to two weeks ago, in the middle of renovating our home it was determined that the piano was too big to stay in the same place. When I finally gave in, I called Brothers Moving Company again. They responded within the hour with a new electronic booking process and I received a confirmation very quickly. They showed up right on time as promised. The 3 guys took special care of my piano that is over 100 years old and carefully wrapped each piece. They plastic wrapped and blanketed everything to ensure nothing was broken or damaged. A grand piano is a heavy move but hey handled it with professionalism and care. I don't know where it will find a home next but I feel safe knowing it is in their storage facility until a decision is made. Thanks So Much! I appreciate you and will tell everybody about my great experience.

  Called four different moving companies and three of them threw out a generic estimate and didn’t seem to care. Brothers was the only company that walked with me(over the phone) through each room to give a more exact estimate of the move. Sent four people to the house and they had it packed and ready to go within the amount of time I was told it would take to pack. The estimated time to move and unpack was right on the money as well so our estimate and our final payment amount was about $100 off which is fine. We did end up with more boxes than I originally gave to Mike on the phone. Everything about the move was professional and all four persons seemed to genuinely care about the work. Had one small issue with a desk but they were quick to get things worked out for me. Very happy I chose Brothers and will definitely use them again in the future if we decide to move again. Edit: Unfortunately they did not work things out with my desk. Even though they broke it, and admitted to breaking it, the claims department decided not to reimburse me for it because it wasn’t made from actual wood, but pressed wood. The movers were great but I’m disappointed in claims. So now I’m out several hundred dollars. Still a great company overall though.

  My move was anything but seamless or professional. The couch was completely scratched and beaten up. My clearly labeled fragile box was not taken with care. The glasses and plates were completely damaged. The washer and dryer were not moved correctly and now I've been dealing with the after math which has been very costly. I was not treated with any sort of professionalism. When I tried to call the company they were extremely rude and didn't care to help. I wrote an email to file a claim as the representative told me and haven't heard back from them since even with a follow up email. The cherry on top was they charged me 3 times what they actually quoted me for. They were persistent on getting this from me but have yet to reach out to me about my claim. Very upsetting!
