Its been 1 full year since our company paid Bruce Troutman $9500 as a deposit to move a trailer from Arkansas to Kansas. He still has NOT moved it and has not replied to our calls and texts. BEWARE! do not hire him, he takes your money and that's it. Update-- December 2020 He called and made promises to move the trailer and make it right. I have been reaching out to him since. It is now April 6, 2021 and he has not returned calls or made any attempt for 4 months. We are now resigned to sell try to sell the trailer that we wanted moved and take him to court. It is a sad story and we just need to say- Buyer Beware, it wasn't a good experience for us.

Do not hire this guy worst choice you could make hell take 80 down tell you hill get it next week then he starts giving you lie after lie, does not even have a truck, nobody wants to pull for him .

You should be honest and forthright when doing business and at the end of the day own up to your own mistakes. If you use this company make sure to not pay until the job is complete. If you do pay only make a partial payment. He also contracts out his towing but handles some of it himself but tries to skim by without completing everything that needs done correctly so the mobile home can be towed safely. I hope he improves his services in the future.
