ZERO STARS. The owners of this company and their employees are unprofessional, rude and impatient. They do the BARE MINIMUM and expect greatness. They wanted to leave my 2000 dollar package at the bottom of my driveway as delivering it to my door was "not their problem." As if that wasn't enough the delivery driver copped an instant attitude when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn't hear her!! These people are an absolute disgrace and need to be put out of business. Filed my complaints with Amazon and the Better Business Bureau so it shouldn't be too long now!

Do NOT hire them! It's a scam! BSP lies and say they're unable to deliver when they haven't even tried. Eventually they return the item and Amazon still pays them for "trying" to deliver. Plus, Harry and Kathy are both horribly rude and nasty. Amazon hired BSP through another shipping company called CEVA to deliver a large whiteboard. Three weeks after I ordered it, when it was already very late, BSP reported "delivery attempted". When I called them, they said they won't actually attempt a delivery unless you call and schedule one. So, I scheduled a delivery for the next day and they still didnt deliver. They again reported "delivery attempted" and then they said they were sending the whiteboard back to Amazon.

much like many other trucking companies BSP has zero commitment to their delivery clients. they dont drive appropriate vehicles for rural delivery and pawn that responsibly off to their delivery clients to meet them where and when its convenient for them. their customer service is laughable and they have long ago forgotten what business they are in. i urge all people to call the companies that used BSP to ship their goods and complain. since they are the ones paying BSP, they are the ones to demand change. we as end user of there service have no control.
