  If I could give a -5 I would! Made arrangements to rent a 16ft truck for Saturday the 16th. I received a phone call at 5:05 Friday night before that they had no trucks to rent. And then they charged me a $75 no show fee when clearly in their contract said it was $50 no show/cancellation 24 hours prior. They offered me a mini van to clean out my MIL apartment after she passed. Took 9 days to get my $75 back. How many other people did they do this to? I won't use Budget again!!! Thank you U-haul for coming through even though you cost me a lot more money. Budget should have a clause "We probably won't have a truck for you" on their contract.

  I reserved a cargo van from this location in July, 2020. While I was on the way to pick up the van, I received a call from the branch to tell me that they were cancelling my reservation and that there were no other vehicles at this or any other location between central Wisconsin and northern Indiana, so there was nothing I could do (at least through them), but that they wouldn't charge any cancellation fees. I live over 2 hours away, so this wasted half a day, and then I had to scramble to make alternative arrangements to replace the cargo van that I would not be getting, which consumed an additional several hours and was considerably expensive. Fast forward to today, I'm checking my credit card statement and they charged me a $75 no-show fee. For the reservation that THEY cancelled. Which resulted in me spending several hours of time and hundreds of dollars to remedy. I haven't called to get the charge removed yet (I just found out maybe 10 minutes ago), but I was instantly inspired to write this review. If I encounter any problems, you better believe there will be a follow-up. At this point, this isn't just adding insult to injury; this is layering fresh insult and injury on top of previous insult and injury. It is difficult to put into review-appropriate words how strongly I recommend that you avoid at least this branch, and possibly Budget Truck Rental as a whole. So before you make a reservation, ask yourself: can you really afford to have YOUR rental cancelled shortly before pick up? If you're moving, and are unable to get your moving van or truck, do you have a backup plan that you can execute on short notice? Unless you have a pretty good Plan B, I would suggest you rent with someone more reliable.

  The guys here were very helpful and friendly. We reserved a truck to get a couch from Milwaukee to Appleton. They didnt have the truck we reserved available but they gave us options for 2 other vehicles. We took the van which worked out great for us. No issues with the vehicle at all and we were in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Thanks for the help guys, your customer service was great!
