Tried to rent a truck from here today and no one would answer. Called main office, they were not helpful at all. There are trucks on this lot but no one there to rent. They will not answer the phone. Shabby business. I went to uhaul

The truck is in horrible condition! The brake lights are on and beeping constantly, the steering is so bad you can barely keep the truck on the road. Of course the vibration will at least keep you awake 🙄🙄🙄😡😡😡 very disappointed and will not be using them again.

This man doesn't need to be anywhere close to customers. Rude and condescending. Showed up to get our rental the place wasnt opened yet. After 8 or 9 phone calls we finally wake this guy up. He says he will be there in 45 mins. This guy doesnt care if he rents a truck or not. He should absolutely Not be part of budget. Budget is a great company we rent monthly from you guys but this guy and his location should never be part of the budget team
