  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've had a reservation for a 26 foot truck since before Christmas. Today, two days prior to my reservation, I got a message from budget here saying that my reservation had been downgraded to a 16 foot truck because budget picked up fleet to go to auction. No other locations in Arkansas (I called all of them out of desperation) had one. Worse, the online chat and telephone agents BOTH assured me that they DID have one at little rock. Thank God I called little rock, no longer trusting Budget. That too turned out to be a lie. The guy working at the Jonesboro location was helpful in calling other stores, but honestly, protect yourself and NEVER use budget. Use U-Haul. At least they guarantee your reservation and pay you if that falls through.

  We had booked our truck over a month ahead. We are moving in 2 days and they send us a text saying that the truck they had reserved for us was canceled due to it broken down. They said they could refund us. Okay no big deal right? Well they had a number they messaged us from, called that one and 2 other numbers listed on their budget sight. We were open to making a bigger truck option if possible. Couldn’t even do that. NO ONE WOULD PICK UP OR ANSWER ME or my husband from this location. This happend around 1pm and it’s about 6pm now and still never called me back. Super bad experience- we’ve been trying to make sure ALL DAY we don’t get charged by them. Left them voice mails stating that not having a truck this weekend wasn’t an option due to new jobs and move in dates with our new house. Still didn’t bother calling us back. Luckily, we were able to find another moving truck company super bad.and due to our bad experience gave us a BIGGER truck and $100 off due to our terrible experience with this place. The number they also messaged me back from would just write back that it was a real # and not a forwarding text - but when we tried to call- they wouldn’t pick up. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Beware

  Do not use Budget truck rental. Horrible experience. No one ever responds, very poor customer service. Miserable truck—no tail lights, low tire pressure, engine light on. Awful awful awful
