Wow Budget Truck is an absolute disaster. It seems this place is closed but still accepts reservations?! Customer service was absolutely no help. We lucked out and got a UHAUL today instead. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Poor customer service and relatively expensive when you are moving since they only give you limited time to get to point A to B. Their Central customer service is extremely incompetent and their trucks are not well maintained. They lack of coordination and since their customer service is off premise and in Mexico there are language barriers and there are issues of communication and transparency which hurt severely the overall customer experience.

I was in a bind and Budget had screwed me out of a rental truck! The nice man who works here (I'm sorry I forgot his name) had a truck twice the size I wanted but let me rent it anyways! Because of him I was able to move on time! Thank you so much!
