Great service. We rode with Rico and he was punctual, kind, and professional. Vehicles are large and clean. We were able to store our 2 bags from 10-5 while exploring the city and then were picked up and dropped off at the airport with our luggage. Would recommend this service and Rico to anyone.

They couldn’t have been nicer to work with. We called at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Dimetrius was so fun,Professional and communicated with us. Such a great idea to be able to store our luggage safely and have it delivered to the airport. Very worth it.

This service is genius and should / probably will exist in every major city sooner than later! My girlfriends and I were arriving and checking out early when we went to Charleston; not having to worry about our bags or a ride to/from the airport was so helpful! Strongly recommend using Buggage (we were picked up late upon arrival but they made things right w us).
